Giana Carducci joined CBS in 2003 and was promoted to HR Manager in 2005.  She directs recruitment, payroll and benefit administration as well as compensation and employee relations.  Giana holds a B.A. in Communications from Fairfield University; has her HR Certification from Villanova University and has been a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2008. She is a member of SHRM as well as the local SHRM chapter the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut.
